Prisma Media – Workplace harassment prevention

Prisma Media gave me carte blanche to create 7 films to prevent any workplace harassment.
They wrote the voice-over, and I imagined the situations and the characters involved.
First, I draw a storyboard. Once approved, I did the line art and placed the colors. Then I animated the scene and added sound design. And I finalized the film with the voice-over and all the additional texts.
If you’re interested by the process, I detail it for the 1st and the 5th film.
I chose a universal color palette and a simple character design in order that the films would speak to any employee.
I’m glad I could be part of that project as it addresses an important topic that cannot be set aside.
I anonymized all the films to not display the firm’s HR contacts.
